[PATCH] acpica: utpredef: Remove some unused functions

From: Rickard Strandqvist
Date: Sun Jan 04 2015 - 10:20:01 EST

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
acpi_ut_get_resource_bit_width() acpi_ut_display_predefined_method() acpi_ut_match_resource_name()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
