[PATCH 2/5] MN10300: Remove Kconfig symbols depending on GDBSTUB

The Kconfig symbol GDBSTUB was removed. Remove all symbols (indirectly)
depending on it. And remove it as an (optional) dependency for the
symbol KERNEL_DEBUGGER.
