It's "#address-cells", "#size-cells", and "#phy-cells".

+- reg: address and length of the register
+- clocks: reference to the clock entry

+Sub-nodes:
+Each PHY should be represented as a sub-node.

Then "#phy-cells" should also belong to the sub-nodes.
