[PATCH v1 7/9] ARM: tegra: Add Tegra124 XUSB mailbox and XHCI controller

Add nodes for the Tegra XUSB mailbox and Tegra XHCI controller.
Update the XUSB pad controller node with a phandle to the XUSB
mailbox.
