[PATCH v4 3/5] xen: Put EFI machinery in place

From: Daniel Kiper
Date: Fri May 16 2014 - 16:43:54 EST

Put EFI machinery for Xen in place.

This patch is based on Jan Beulich and Tang Liang work.

v4 - suggestions/fixes:
- "just populate an efi_system_table_t object"
(suggested by Matt Fleming).
