[PATCH v5 03/10] staging: gdm72xx: Modify a struct allocation to match coding standards

Fixes the following checkpatch.pl issue:

CHECK: Prefer kmalloc(sizeof(*entry)...) over kmalloc(sizeof(struct qos_entry_s)...)
