[PATCH] drivers: scsi: scsi_lib.c: add prefix "SCSILIB_" to macro"SP"

[Chen Gang]

the macro "SP" is too common to make conflict with some architectures,
so recommend to add prefix for it.

The related warning (with allmodconfig for hexagon):
