PROBLEM: snd_hda_intel: Kernel crashes with onboard intel sound andNvidia graphics card

With an activated onboard intel sound and nvidia graphics card with
hdmi sound device snd_hda_intel causes a kernel crash.

[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
Since installing a newish nvidia graphics card the kernel crashes
reproducibly during boot.
To boot successfully it is necessary to either deactivate the onboard
sound in BIOS or blacklist snd_hda_intel.
The two offending devices are:
