[PATCH 2/2] pinctrl: mvebu: make pdma clock on dove mandatory

[Sebastian Hesselbarth]

With the ability to pass clocks through DT, now make the pdma
clock of dove pinctrl mandatory. Otherwise, pinctrl will hang
the system when accessing some registers.
