[PATCH 07/19] x86, io_apic: Introduce set_affinity function pointer

From: Joerg Roedel
Date: Wed Sep 26 2012 - 06:50:01 EST

change the affinity of an IO-APIC interrupt. Abstract this
with a function pointer.
