[PATCH] bcm: move DRIVER_HALT into enum LedEvents

Move DRIVER_HALT into enum LedEvents to fix:
drivers/staging/bcm/led_control.c: In function âLEDControlThreadâ:
drivers/staging/bcm/led_control.c:817:3: warning: case value â255â
not in enumerated type âLedEventInfo_tâ [-Wswitch]
