Hello,

Big thanks for bringing bugzilla.kernel.org back alive however there are two issues with it:

1) Searches don't work:

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)
  Is your database installed and up and running?
  Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?

2) GZip is not enabled, thus bug reports take a lot of time to load.
