mm: compaction: Introduce sync-light migration for use by compactionfix

Consistently name enum migrate_mode parameters "mode" instead of "sync".

This is a fix for the patch
mm-compaction-introduce-sync-light-migration-for-use-by-compaction.patch
in mmotm.
