IDE driver for HDD WDC WD1600JB-00R 160G

Hi all!

I have HDD WDC WD1600JB-00R 160G

It not always works correct
When I write to it, or sometimes just read from it, it cat slow down
all system, first there is a messages in logs (dmegs command):

And some times after this messages, system not respond, and Magic
SysRq doesn`t helps too (reboot key)
Is there any way to fix this?
