The first thing you need to do is send your report to
netdev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and the listed r8169 maintainers
(nic_swsd@xxxxxxxxxxx and romieu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx), nobody on
linux-kernel will be able to fix this.
