[PATCH -rt] eliminate ->rcu_boosted

From: Paul E. McKenney
Date: Fri Aug 12 2011 - 17:40:23 EST

This commit eliminates the new ->rcu_boosted field, using the
pre-existing ->rcu_boost_mutex field in its place. This fixes a bug where
rcu_copy_process() failed to clear ->rcu_boosted in the child process.
