[PATCH] [PATCH] remove unused parameters from sched_fork() and wake_up_new_task()

[Samir Bellabes]

sched_fork() and wake_up_new_task() are defined with a parameter
'unsigned long clone_flags', which is unused.
This patch removes the parameters.
