build with: CONFIG_SCHED_AUTOGROUP=n, 
boot with: noautogroup or 
runtime: echo 0 > /proc/sysctl/kernel/sched_autogroup_enabled

(although the latter is a lazy one, it won't force existing tasks back
to the root group)
