I think it would be better to use:
#define pr_fmt(fmt) KBUILD_MODNAME ": " fmt
and remove the "%s: " ... KBUILD_MODNAME

Perhaps
	pr_info("Found a '%s'\n", id->ident);

There's a tab on the second line, not on third.
