[ANNOUNCE] 2.6.31-rc6-rt6

We are pleased to announce the next update to our new preempt-rt
series.
 
    - update to Linus' latest
 
    - load accounting/balancing fix (peterz)

As last time ARM highmem remains as unresolved.
