No, my single cpu should be enough ;-) There is something wrong I guess.
I can see in my menuconfig:

SMP [=y]
...
HOTPLUG [=n]
...
HOTPUG_CPU [=y]
...
Depends on SMP && HOTPLUG

So, let it be HOTPLUG_CPU = Y for now...
