[PATCH 23/25] Blackfin: fix GPTMR0_CLOCKSOURCE dependency on BFIN_GPTIMERS

The GPTMR0_CLOCKSOURCE Kconfig option requires the gptimers framework, so
make sure it is selected when this option is enabled.
