First submission of stand alone NAND driver target to staging

Hi Greg,

This patch is the first submission of NAND flash driver for Intel Moorestown platform. It's a stand alone
NAND flash driver and has passed tests on the Moorestown platform.

As the development work is still on going and the driver code is not ready for submission
To MTD or Block subsystem, so I think it's a good idea to submit it first to staging subsystem for widly review.
