[PATCH 0/8] Gigaset driver bugfixes and cleanups

Dave,

following are 8 small patches for the Gigaset driver I'd like to get
out from under my feet. Nothing urgent, so if you feel they are
inappropriate for merging that late in the 2.6.30 cycle they can as
well wait for 2.6.31.
