Hi Doug,

I always assumed the "E" meant Extended wrt SPC, but after looking at
spc4r17 I noticed that only page code 0x86 (and not 0x83) actually
refers to the Extended VPD page.

This sounds like a good suggestion to me, and I will go ahead and make
the change. Thank you for your input!
