[PATCH] memdup_user: introduce, fix

[Li Zefan]

Always use GFP_KERNEL in kmalloc(), since copy_from_user() can sleep and
cause pagefault, thus it's pointless to use GFP_NOFS or GFP_ATOMIC here.
