[PATCH] hrtimer: reorder struct hrtimer to save 8 bytes on 64 bitbuilds

reorder struct hrtimer to save 8 bytes on 64 bit builds when
CONFIG_TIMER_STATS selected.
(also removes 8 bytes from signal_struct)
