So when do you sue Nvidia, ATI, Atheros, Broadcom[1],
M-Systems/Sandisk[2] or Nokia? All those companies distribute binary
drivers for Linux without providing source code?

[1] WIFI chips and drivers used by Cisco, Asus and a lot of other
manufacturers.

[2] DiskOnChip devices used in lots of embedded systems, among others
the Troll Tech Greenphone.
