[PATCH 30/33] KVM: MMU: Switch to mmu spinlock

From: Avi Kivity
Date: Sun Jan 06 2008 - 09:50:45 EST

From: Marcelo Tosatti <mtosatti@xxxxxxxxxx>

Convert the synchronization of the shadow handling to a separate mmu_lock
spinlock.

Also guard fetch() by mmap_sem in read-mode to protect against alias
and memslot changes.
