[PATCH] [TRIVIAL] Fixing occurrences of "the the "

Hello,

I found a "the the" typo in a header file, and then found out that there were many of them!
Here's a patch correcting all these typos.

By the way, this is also a way of making kernel sources smaller (by almost 1K).
