[PATCH 2.6.19 03/10] Add the memory allocation/freeing hooks forkmemleak

This patch adds the callbacks to memleak_(alloc|free) functions from
kmalloc/kfree, kmem_cache_(alloc|free), vmalloc/vfree etc.
