[PATCH 1/4] 2.6.18-mm2 pktcdvd: replace pktcdvd strings with macro DRIVER_NAME

Hi,

this patch 1/4 for pktcdvd against Linux 2.6.18 (stable)
or 2.6.18-mm2 replaces all "pktcdvd" strings against
the DRIVER_NAME macro.
