[PATCH 1/7] CPU controller V1 - split runqueue

From: Srivatsa Vaddagiri
Date: Sun Aug 20 2006 - 13:39:39 EST

This patch splits the single main runqueue into several runqueues on each CPU.
One (main) runqueue is used to hold task-groups and one runqueue for each
task-group in the system.
