The FCC has in the past managed to come up with the most astoundingly
brain-dead regulations (for instance, "fixing" the lack of any actual
encryption on some cell and portable phone by banning scanners...)

The problem is that in the US, 1,2, and 3 are OK, in Sweden 1,4,6 are OK,
in Germany it's 2,3, and 7, and China insists on 1.5,2.5, and 3.5....
