1 - add constant defines - preparatory patch

- adds #define CONSTs for max-pin, gpio-addr-range (for reserving region)
- fix wrong max-pin check in gpio_open()
- add 'Winbond' to module description. NSC sold the product, Winbond has supported us / lm-sensors
