[PATCH 0 of 53] ipath driver updates for 2.6.17-rc4

Hi, Roland -

Here is a series of patches to bring the ipath driver up to date.  I
believe you may already have two of them (but I've included them just
in case), but the others should all be new.

They apply on top of Linus's current -git.
