Oops... That table applies to existing leases owned by your process. The
effect on leases owned by other processes is:

 fcntl(SETLK)| effect on other clients   |
     flag    | F_RDLCK   | F_WRLCK       |
    ---------+---------------------------+
     F_RDLCK | none      | recall        |
     F_WRLCK | recall    | recall        |
