[patch 1/1] kernel/smp: replace schedule_timeout() with ssleep()

Use ssleep() instead of schedule_timeout(). The original code uses
TASK_INTERRUPTIBLE, but does not check for signals, so I believe the change to
ssleep() is appropriate.
