[BK PATCH] PCI patches for 2.6.10-rc2

Hi,

Here are some PCI and PCI Hotplug patches for 2.6.10. All of these have
been in the past few -mm releases.

Highlights include:
- start of typesafe pci power states
- loads of little bug fixes.
