I made an additional patch for drivers/media/video/arv.c
based on Randy's comment.

Please apply.

* drivers/media/video/arv.c:
- Fix color correction parameters.
- Add inline functions; wait_for_vsync(), wait_acknowledge(),
disable_dma(), enable_dma() and clear_dma_status().
- Change c++-style comments to c-style comment.
- Add cpu_relax() to "for" and "while" busy loops.
- Fix more white-space damages.
- Fix typos.
