[V3TV] Now running on the 2.6.6 kernel !!

Hello,

It's taken me six months, but I've got the V3TV driver running on the
2.6 kernel :)

The radio device uses the V4L2 api, while the video device is still
V4L1.  ( The radio presented a smaller problem set )
