Realtek 8139too drivers.

Hello,
i want to write some drivers (the minimal ) for the realtek 8139 Ethernet
Card.
What are the minimal parts that are required?
What others parts i need??? I have written my own kernel from the beggining
and i support a lot of the usual things till now,but not a VFS yet....What
should i do????
My kernel uses tasks,VM also.
