irq 18: nobody cared!

Hi,
I tried to compile 2.6.1 kernel and I met serious troubles with IDE2
device - Western digital WD2000JD with Serial ATA connector. Problem is
(probably the same as in 2.4. kernel) irq 18 that is associated with ide2
device (in documentation file to kernel 2.6.1 "ide.txt" is standard irq
associated with ide2 irq=11).

The 2.6.1 kernel message is

Jan 19 22:50:36 marton kernel: irq 18: nobody cared!
Jan 19 22:50:36 marton kernel: Call Trace:

Jan 19 22:50:36 marton kernel:

in kernel 2.4 the message is
ide2: unexpected inteerrupt, status=0x90, count=5442

Problem possibly concerns IO APIC (see
syslog dump bellow). I tried to stop this messages by kernel parameters (as
were recomended in several mailing lists) in lilo.conf:

append="pci=noacpi" or append="acpi=off" or append="noirqdebug"

but no change appears.
I also used patch 2.6.1-bk2-libata1.patch.bz2 it didn't make any change.

below I attached my SYSLOG dump, and printout of files /PROC/INTERRUPTS,
/PROC/IOPORTS and output of routine LSPCI

Thanks for any idea Pavel
