Yes, can you either change your config to:

CONFIG_SECURITY=n

or:

CONFIG_SECURITY=y
CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES=y

or:

CONFIG_SECURITY=y
CONFIG_SECURITY_CAPABILITIES=m
and modprobe capability
