+ echo \#define LINUX_COMPILE_TIME \"`LC_ALL=C LANG=C date +%T`\"

LC_ALL overrides everything, so LANG is not needed anymore. Should be:

+ echo \#define LINUX_COMPILE_TIME \"`LC_ALL=C date +%T`\"
