[ANN] NTFS 2.1.4b for linux 2.4.22 available

Hi all,

There's new NTFS driver available. NTFS 2.1.4b is prepared as the patch
against the 2.4.22 kernel. No new features, no fixes just rediffed. The
patch should also work with 2.4.23-pre2 kernel.
