VIARAID(VT6410) Driver: Does any one have this driver for linux 2.4.21

Does anyone have this driver work on linux-2.4.21? I have tried to seek
this driver from via-tech website, related web and news group.

I can't see anything about VT6410.

Anyone can tell me what can I do?
