Does SX6000 work?

From: Alex Lau ¼B«T½ (alexlau@thizgroup.com)
Date: Sun Mar 16 2003 - 21:21:53 EST

Hi all, having problem with this little sx6000. My mistake of not
research long enought for this card. Below is my I2O dmesg. Attachment
is the full version. It looks ok but when I make filesystem (
ext3,xfs,reiserfs all ) it give me i2o/iop0:Headware fail or
signal not being handle. Does any one get this card to work at all?
How can I fix it? ( any suggestion will be fine )
what is that Promise driver ( the one that provide from their web )
for?
Thanks alot.

Alex
