[PATCH] C99 designated initializers for arch/sh

Hi.

I'm mailing this to the list in the hopes that it falls into the hands
of people working on arch/sh. It's a set of patches for converting
arch/sh to use C99 designated initializers. The patches are all against
2.5.42. The uncompressed patch is around 37K.
