Compile fix for i386 timer patches

This one's a small fix that allows timer_pit.c to compile under certain local
apic configurations. A similar patch has been in the ac tree since 2.5.40-ac3.

You can import this changeset into BK by piping this whole message to:
'| bk receive [path to repository]' or apply the patch as usual.
